EII supports inclusive, respectful and equitable participation in education and organisational activity.
Purpose
This plan states EII's commitment to gender equality in learning opportunities, partnerships, communications and organisational practice.
Priorities
- Promote equal access to educational guidance, workshops and learning opportunities.
- Use inclusive language and representative materials wherever practical.
- Consider gender equality in programme design, participation and review.
- Respond seriously to concerns about discrimination, harassment or exclusion.
Review
