About EII

Focused leadership for practical education improvement.

Education Improvement Institute is a small, internationally oriented organisation working across guidance, educator capability, trustworthy AI and responsible technology delivery.

What defines the work

We combine education experience, communication, AI architecture and community-led programme delivery to help institutions move from broad ambition to usable programmes, policies and tools.

Leadership

Small team, clear accountability.

The leadership structure is intentionally direct. Clients and partners work with the people responsible for communication, programme direction and technical judgement.
